We continually monitor our competitor's websites to ensure that when you visit us online; call us; or visit one of our fitting centres, you will buy at the very best price. If you have seen the same product elsewhere for less, let us know and we will endeavour to match the price*. Here's what you need to do:

  • Let us know the product you are interested in
  • Tell us where you have seen it advertised for less (we'll need a link to the website or an emailed quote)
  • That's it!

*Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be in stock
  • It must be exactly the same product with the same specification
  • The price of the item and the carriage charge will be taken into account
  • Excludes traders based outside of the United Kingdom
  • Our Price Promise is undertaken in good faith and within the bounds of the law; it can be withdrawn at any time without notice
  • Final decision on the validity of a Price Promise request will rest with Carnoisseur
